This role is responsible for:
- Collating and analysing information to present evidence-based policy advice for future enhancements to the My Aged Care system.
- Participating in the prioritisation of current client access policy issues.
- Contributing to co-design sessions to unpack policy issues.
- Supporting the development of effective, evidence-based policy strategies.
- Provide assistance to support ad hoc requests to the Section as required.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised applicant who is able to demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Policy experience, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to critically analyse issues and communicate complex issues simply and creatively.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to hold and maintain a minimum of a Baseline security clearance.
