FInance Officer - Payroll

Remuneration Package circa $55-65K + super + salary packaging

Our client is a not-for-profit business which supports people within the Canberra community and surrounding areas who want to extend their capacity to live independently. Due to the expansion of its services, a new employment opportunity is available for an immediate start.

The key focus of this critical role will be the responsibility for end-to-end management of payroll of over 400 employees, as well as financial, HR and administrative support.

The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years' experience using payroll systems, relevant HR qualifications and a proven track record in corporate services. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work to deadlines. Working in a consultatively with internal and external stakeholders, it is expected that the successful candidate will have the ability develop relationships and represent the organisation in a professional manner. An understanding of MYOB EXO would be an advantage.
