Our client is a well-established locally owned telecommunications franchise which services business and personal clients across the ACT and Southern NSW, as far South as the NSW /Victoria border.
Due to exponential growth, and the company's vision to be regarded as the Australia- wide leader in service delivery excellence in telecommunications, a new position of General Manager, which reports directly to the Directors, has been created to support and carry forward the company's strategic direction.
We are looking for a person with a unique skillset - a dynamic, energetic leader with outstanding communication skills and high levels of personal presentation as well as a strong and confident manner, with extensive B2B sales management and marketing experience and the ability to thrive under pressure in working to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Retail store management, a proven track record in managing a financially successful medium sized business, whilst maintaining a professional, high performing working culture within the business, are essential. Telecommunications experience, as well as HR / IR experience and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
