Media and Communications Manager

Our client, a high profile Trust focussed on raising funds to assist in the rescue and care of seriously ill patients, has an opportunity to recruit a Media and Communications Manager.

Based in new offices in Canberra, and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Media and Communications Manager is responsible for all communication and media relationships, as well as contributing to high level relationship management with the board, sponsors, ambassadors, and the general public.

To be successful in this dynamic multi-skilled role, you will be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, tact and diplomacy. Tertiary qualifications in communications are required, and knowledge of public relations is desirable. Verbal and written communication skills of the highest level are of paramount importance, as well a high level of competency insocialmedia.
