Executive Assistant / Service Administrator

Total Remuneration Package $70k - $80k

Our client is a professional service delivery team of 25 staff that provides pastoral support, mission planning, community building, leadership support, formation and training on behalf of the Archbishop of Canberra and Goulburn.

Due to the growth in the scope of the services delivered by the team, and the subsequent internal promotion of the current incumbent of the role, we are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant / Service Administrator, for an environment which is dynamic, growing and innovative.

The key responsibilities of this diverse role include a range of Executive Assistant responsibilities to support the Director, by providing proactive time management support, taking minutes at senior executive meetings, monitoring stakeholder enquires, preparing correspondence and assisting with research. The Service Administration component of this role consists of being the hands on manager of key administrative processes, supporting service area coordinators and providing accurate, timely business information to senior management.

The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as several years EA experience supporting a senior manager. The ability to work collegiately as team member and leader is of paramount importance. A capacity to use digital communication applications (website editing and social media) to support our client's goals is also required.
