Project Manager - Fire Services

Permanent, full time opportunity

Remuneration Package circa $80-$100k

Our client is an industry leading fire services maintenance and construction contracting company, which provides fire services solutions to over 1000 government and privately owned sites throughout the ACT and Southern NSW.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key requirement of this role is to manage medium and large scale projects, including the programming and pricing of works, the management of project budgets, and the allocation of staff, equipment and materials, with an emphasis on leading, coordinating and managing a team of fire safety specialists

The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager, with a trade background in fire or electrical services, and will have a thorough understanding of OH&S requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
Communication skills of a high order are essential, as you will be the professional interface between internal and external clients, and you will be required to regularly liaise with architects and builders, government and private sector clients, fire technicians, and a small internal team of professional office staff.
