Our client is a well-established locally owned service delivery technology company which provides state of the art web and server hosting, domain names, virtual servers, hardware sales, as well as on-site and remote technical support services to a diverse range of government, corporate and SME clients.

Due to exponential growth, and the company's vision to be regarded as an Australia- wide leader in its field, a new position of Technical Support Specialist has been created to support and carry forward the company's strategic direction.

We are looking for a person with a unique skillset - outstanding communication skills, high levels of personal presentation and the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships as well as technical skills in all areas of the implementation, analysis, optimisation, troubleshooting and documentation of networked systems. An understanding of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems, along with firewalls, switches, routers, printers and mobile devices, is required. Experience in project management and expertise in the diagnosis of complex problems will be highly regarded. (You will also need your own vehicle and an Australian drivers licence).
