We are seeking the most capable, motivated, personable, highly organised Personal Assistant in the ACT for our client, a well-established and highly respected second tier law firm based in prestigious offices in Woden.
Due to unprecedented growth, a new position has been created for an outstanding Personal Assistant to join the firm. Reporting to one of the Principals, the primary responsibility of role is to provide high-level secretarial and strategic administrative support in all areas of the Principal's day to day functions.
The ideal person will have demonstrated ability to support and assist a senior person in achieving optimum work performance, including managing work flow and calendars, liaising with clients, preparing documentation, and operating within delegated authority.
The successful candidate will also show initiative, anticipate, prioritise and work proactively to ensure best use of the Principal's time and focus. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently and proactively are of paramount importance to this critical role. Experience working in property or commercial areas of law would be advantageous.
