CatholicLIFE, a professional service delivery team that is focused on resourcing and serving parishes, schools, faith communities and leaders in a dynamic, life-giving innovative future has a permanent position available for an energetic, talented Training Development Coordinator, who will join their committed team, who are located in the recently refurbished Rheinberger Centre in Yarralumla.

The Training Development Coordinator will work closely with the Director, Senior Coordinators and Program Managers and will be responsible for the administration and related development of the newly established CatholicLIFE Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation, through establishing, developing and maintaining the administrative systems for the training and learning activities delivered by CatholicLIFE, which support Parishes, faith communities and Archdiocesan leaders.

The successful candidate will be a very effective communicator, who has utilised these skills within a registered training environment in a coordination or managerial role. The person appointed to the role will be experienced in developing training and assessment strategies to meet training package requirements. Formal qualifications in Workplace Training and Assessment are highly desirable. The successful candidate will also have an understanding of and willingness to embrace the mission of the Catholic Church.
