Human Resources Officer

(Circa $72k - $85TP)

Our client, a professional financial services firm located in the city, has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished individual in their Human Resources department. This diverse, challenging position assists in the delivery of HR Corporate services. The successful applicant will provide support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues such as performance management, facilitation of new systems, learning and development, workers compensation, HR administration and recruitment.

This fantastic opportunity requires an organised individual who possesses superb communication skills. You will be a highly self-motivated individual with the demonstrated ability to work independently whilst contributing to a dynamic, cohesive team. You will also have the capacity to manage complex internal and external relationships. Applicants should have relevant experience in human resources, strong administration skills and advanced computer competencies. Tertiary qualifications in HR are essential. Finance industry experience is also an advantage.
