High profile not for profit business - disability services sector
The key responsibility of this critical role is to lead and develop community based programs, ensuring they meet agreed budget and participant hours' targets and supporting and managing a team of co-ordinators and support workers. The day-to-day responsibilities include meeting the specified and appropriate standards for the delivery of participant services, including compliance with relevant standards.
We are looking for a person with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, excellent organisational management skills, understanding and empathy with the social sector issues, values and requirements. Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching skills are essential, and a knowledge of the NDIS legislation is highly desirable.
