development for hospital staff, as well as delivering a range of services to assist
in the care of patents and visitors at the Canberra Hospital.
looking for a motivated person with previous secretarial experience and the
ability to provide administrative and office management assistance to the Chair
and the Committee. The responsibilities
of the role are diverse and interesting, and include managing grant submissions,
undertaking HR research, dealing with correspondence, liaising with external accountants
and auditors, assisting with the preparations for the AGM and the development
of the Annual Report.
The work can be undertaken one day per week,
preferably each Tuesday, with the ability to work extra hours during peak workloads
as required, and may suit a semi-retired person or a person with other
