The first step in registering with Kowalski Recruitment is to compile a concise, yet informative resume (with covering letter if possible) outlining your background, current situation, and career aspirations.

One of our consultants will contact you to organise a time when you can come in for a preliminary interview. You will usually need to allow approximately one hour for the interview, and computer literacy assessments, and you will need to provide us with two referees (past immediate supervisors) who we can contact to validate your employment background. Once these steps are completed, we are able to refer you to our clients, who have current employment vacancies.
